Led by 3-time Olympian and silver medal winner Bill Schuffenhauer, semi-private training at KickIt Fitness / iLoveKickboxing will truly transform your life. A combination of functional fitness and cardio conditioning, you will work closely with Bill and our team of trainers to achieve whatever fitness goals you set. The sky truly is the limit.

Session sizes are kept to a 1:4 instructor : client ratio, and integrate even more variety including kettlebells, TRX, ab sliders, resistance bands, and of course kickboxing bag work. Music tempo is carefully chosen to maximize your motivation and pacing. Nutritional and supplement consulting are included with your membership, as are upgraded, top-of-the-line kickboxing gloves.

Bill starts out working with clients through the T-12 Ultimate Body Transformation – 12 weeks to remake your fitness, nutrition, health and mindset! Use the scheduler to set up some time to discuss this remarkable program.
