KickIt Fitness and Nutrition offers an extraordinary opportunity to work with Head Instructor Katrina Spiva to earn certifications in seven yoga styles during this life-changing six month course.
Students will spend 8 hours each week in combined lecture and practice.
Students will earn teaching certifications in: Traditional Hatha Yoga, Classical Raja Yoga, Purna Yoga, Yoga Sports, Choreographed Yoga, Power Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. Students will also come to understand some of the classical styles that derive from these such as Kundalini, Asthanga/Vinyasa, and Yin.
Kat has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and certifying teachers for more than five years. Her goal for students of this program is that they not only develop an understanding and respect for traditions, but come to feel confident in guiding others on the path.
